Tell us a little about yourself?
I’m seventeen, currently modeling and seeing where it goes or takes me. I’ve travelled to Paris, which was my first overseas trip and I’m hoping to go to New York for the shows in september. I never planned on going to uni because it just wasn’t my thing but hopefully sometime in the future Id like to start writing with a magazine however I am strongly inspired by philosophy. I’m very much a tomboy; I’m grounded and sometimes too casual about things, I also dress quite boyish in the sense that I like to be comfortable. I’m not a fan of pink, my wardrobe consists of basic colours, mostly black, white, grey and neutral.
How did you first get into Modelling?
I followed in my sister’s footsteps when she started modeling when I was younger.
How did you get your first big break?
My first big break sort of came about when I was supporting my sister at ANTM auditions, I was scouted in the crowd and things went from there.
What articles have done recently ?
Rush online, Oyster online, Faces magazine Paris, Manifesto magazine, C-heads online, Oracle Fox blog, Brace magazine.
What are some of the top designers you have meet and worked with?
Alex Perry
Bec & Bridge
Seafolly (just a test)
what would be your dream model job?
Since I was little I’ve always wanted to be on the billabong billboard I guess that hope is still there. Id love to be in any of my favourite magazine like Russh, Oyster, Vogue. An then the obvious job, thats just about every girl would kill for, to be on the cover of Vogue.
A dream job would also be to work with Burberry because this season everyone got a personalized poncho with their name on it.
I'd also love to be in VS maybe just not in the pink section.
Your favourite model?
Barbara Palvin
Cara Delevingne
Kate Moss
Do you have a favourite designer?
It would be so hard to pick one designer because I’ve been lucky enough to wear a lot of unique and talented designers clothes I don’t think I could pick one.
What's one of the most interesting shoots you have done?
The most interesting and probably more so fun shoots I’ve done was with Tim Swallows, we shot on an abandoned basketball court and he pushed me around in a trolley for the shoot.
How do you describe your personal style?
I dress like a boy, for comfort. I don’t keep up with the latest trends as such, I feel sometimes it can be a bit to mainstream. My style is a bit slouchy at times, sometimes sporty and maybe a bit vintage. There’s no real influence other then boyish and I think that’s probably why I enjoy vintage shopping because you find one off items that aren’t necessarily new but still have a bit of edge.
Your style icon?
I don’t really keep up with the latest styles and trends, probably the same people as my favourite models.
The best advice you ever received?
Don’t die hesitating.
